I really like all these ideas i think there are plenty of ideas hear and in this
and other similar threds to keep the technic line fresh for years.

You have raised a very good point. Technic is trying to compete with other
market areas by sometimes mearly looking nice (silver champion, towtruck from
2006). However the fuctionality of the models suffer. The market is flooded with
toys that look cool but do very little so why don't they keep ahead of the
compitition by making a model that looks cool but have its main focus on
functionality, complexity and creating new possibilities with new parts (LONGER
PNEUMATICS, MANY NEW GEARBOX PARTS, ELECTRICALLY OPERATED PNEUMATIC SWITCHES,
LEAF SPRINGS, LIVE AXLE COMPONENTS INC SPLINE SHAFTS, REALISTIC HELICOPTER
CYCLIC AND COLLECTIVE COMPONENTS, ROTARY PNEUMATIC ACTUATORS, BRAKES, CLUTCH,
ETC,ETC,ETC,ETC,ETC) to make it truly unique and much much better.

The supercar mk2 could definately benifit from having a more realistic and
smoother way of changing gears.

Very well said

The bulldozers new parts look ok. The mobile crane is pretty good because of
it's size and peice count but don't expect lots of complexity and only expect a
very very few useful new parts.
