| Hi Dan, Although this is speculation on my part, I believe KK2 is more expensive because of the packaging and playing cards. Some of the boxes have flip top lids which are die cut and are very glossy. All of the playing cards are glossy and die cut. (...) (20 years ago, 6-Aug-04, to lugnet.dear-lego)

| I was wondering why Knights Kingdom 2 is so "expensive". Compared to the new lets say Alpha Team sets ranging from $4-$60. Where as the KK2, which is non-liscensed, is $9-$90.
