And the S@H boxes (at least the ones with three languages) are sometimes
even thinner than standard.
Maybe it's the American infatuation with size. Kind of like with drinks
(and fries) at fast food restaurants. A large European McDonald's drink is
no bigger than a medium in the US, and there's no way you're going to get a
jumbo.
