Well I think this might be your problem. If you look at the box you will see
that LEGO, in their infinite wisdom, have made LEGO studios only compatible
with Windows 98. Pretty silly I think and they will probably have quite a few
upset customers thanks to their lack of support of a wider base of operating
systems. My hope is that they will provide a free patch/download to those with
other Windows operating systems. Then they should take the bold step of
supporting MAC and Linux as well.

| Hi all, I'm putting this in Dear LEGO because I'm hoping it will jump start some response. I've emailed Studios Support 3 times (no response) with this and called the phone support to no avail.
