I don't think so. If someone is working for a company, it should be paid, it
should have its social insurance, etc., etc. Same here. Training wage is
equal to the minimum wage, by the way, but I think it is not obligatory,
since even Air Force didn't pay us anything during the summer training. We
are paying here at our factory, though.
