I just purchased a RIS 2.0 at Target's 2002 Christmas clearance, and it contained the newer 9v motor, PN 43362 (or 43362c01). Perhaps a note should be made of the change and when it occurred in the inventory of this set. Others have also mentioned (...) (23 years ago, 5-Jan-03, to lugnet.db.inv)

Hi, (I hope I got the proper groups to post to.) I have been using the Lugnet member-set-inventory-page to track how many sets and how many pieces I own. As long as I remember to enter items into the database when I get new sets, this works much (...) (23 years ago, 27-Dec-02, to lugnet.admin.suggestions, lugnet.db.inv)

The door pieces I know of that are cast in transparent with the bottom part painted are the 801/802 pair and the 825/826 pair (the first being slightly wider), but all of these have vertical handles. Hi all, I have several examples of part 445/446, Car doors, with colored bottom half and transparent top half. I've just realised, that I have two different kinds: one kind with the normal vertical door-handle cast in two plastics, and one kind with (...) Thanks all. For now, I guess I will use just 3648 and indicate the appropriate version in the notes column. Hmm...maybe I need to add "learn how to create LDraw parts" to my ever-growing LEGO ToDo List (although I somehow suspect that 3648 might not (...) Hi, Two comments: 1. Checking Technica might help (URL) Also, maybe cross-posting to technic and robotics might have been a good idea ... people there tend to know a great deal about Technic parts - specially when earlier, more fragile ones have (...)
