I just purchased a RIS 2.0 at Target's 2002 Christmas clearance,
and it contained the newer 9v motor, PN 43362 (or 43362c01). Perhaps
a note should be made of the change and when it occurred in the inventory
of this set. Others have also mentioned finding it in more recently
bought copies of certain sets, e.g.,

and might be able to pinpoint more precisely when the changeover occurred.
