think this game would be an excellent resource. “Borrowing” several aspects
of the game might be very helpful and create some shortcuts. ‘Sectors’
could become realms and various .castlers could claim their realms and build
whatever they want on it! Other kingdom’s people could be permitted to
travel though realms, and kingdoms could battle each other.

similiar.. with islands instead of sectors and boats instead of spaceships.

Although this idea was met with some good words and some bad, I eventually
decided there wasn’t enough immeadiate interest to devote the long hours to
specific development.

I, too, have joined Starship recently.. and as I said to Hendo at BF, one of
the reasons for that is to gain experience for a time when I may try to start
a Starship-esque game for castle.

I’m willing to help in any way I can, and maybe we could pull this off sometime!
