There are quite a few missing or mismatched end tags on your main page. Near
the end of the html you have
</TABLE>
</TD>
<HTML>
- followed by lots of <!-- TOPCITIES EDITOR --> comments.
changing this to
</TD>
</TR>
</TABLE>
</TD>
</TR>
</TABLE>
</BODY>
</HTML>
seems to be enough to get it to work with Netscape.
