Thanks for the interest.  I'll send you some photos in the next week or so.
I've been meaning to take some but I haven't gotten around to it yet (my 5
month old daughter is pretty demanding on my time).  Just as some background
on the castle.  It is more of a keep or a tower as it has no curtain walls or
outer areas.  I have a storyline that I've been developing for a webpage but I
haven't put on the web yet.  As I mentioned in my Lugnet post I use my Black
Falcons as Elven regulars and my forestmen do the outside patrolling of the
forest and countryside.  I don't modify mini-figs so they don't have pointy
elf ears or anything.  I've been selling off all my other themes and pieces
mainly due to my wife saying I've got too much Lego.  For that reason I've
decieded to keep my two favorite themes (BF and Forestmen).

For portability reasons (I'm an Army Officer) I've mounted the castle to a
piece of wood that is typically used as a shelf.  It makes a good firm
platform and enable me to move the castle easily.  It also has the benefit of
being easy to display in a room by merely mounting brackets on the wall and
hanging it directly on the brackets as if it were a shelf.  At one time a few
years ago I had about 5 of these boards that all had legos on them and went
together in a module form to make one big layout.  Since that time, and after
about 5 moves, I decided that it was just too cumbersome to deal with
everytime I move so I've now reduced my self to one board with
my "masterpiece" castle.  Of course the problem now is that I keep finding new
things I want to add to this materpiece so it countinues to get taller and
more complex.  I probably need to sell all my spare parts so I stop fooling
with the darn thing and just leave it be.

Thanks again for the interest.  I'll send photos soon.

Andy
