Between auctions and retail over the years I've managed a decent pile. Not
sure of the exact count but it's two or three dozen. Enough though for the
personal troops of some baron or lord. The 'Black Falcons' as a group always
suggested to me that there is an individual known as The Black Falcon
controlling them. Probably someone with a slightly shady agenda....
A few figures could always be used to represent a larger group from some
distant port. Like travelers, visiting dignitaries, prisoners (like that lone
Royal Knight stuck in Willa's castle), or a scouting party looking to stir up
trouble.
