Hmmmm good question... well an idea came to me a while ago looking at all the
messages and replies refering to harry potter stuff. depending on when the
harry potter movies are advertized castle theme may go the way of the space
theme....... remember last space sets: Insectoids but Star Wars seemed to
eliminate the space theme..... if the harry potter movie(s) are advertized
within the year or a little into 2001 then it is quite possible to loose the
castle theme as we know it. of course... harry potter shouldn't be quite the
phenomenon SW is with lego. of course if what i wouldlike happens we'll have
both Harry Potter and Castle-2001 or 2002. with castle continuing on. of
course the whole juniorization thing could go WAY to far. i mean if you, like
me, thought Leo's Castle was juniorized i'm sure you'd like LEGO to design
models like they did in the golden and silver ages. Harry Potter series may
put an entire series of castle sets on hold but it'd probably be like castle
anyways.. just a little less straight forward (meaning a change from: those
soldiers are good and those are bad and they fight).

| hmm well, then the question that comes to mind is, who is harry potter ? when looking to what star wars did to the space theme, i'd like that done with castle as well, only then have it replaced by robin hood ! (obviously bringing back the (...) (24 years ago, 6-Aug-00, to lugnet.castle)

| Actually, the reason Star Wars has replaced Space isn't because of Lego, it's because of Lucasfilm Ltd. They insisted that Lego refrain from making any futuristic spaceship-oriented theme while they make Star Wars sets. Bummer, eh? At least the SW (...) (24 years ago, 7-Aug-00, to lugnet.castle)
