  HEHE!!!

Maybe you've all seen this before, but it's still cool. (URL) (24 years ago, 15-Jun-00, to lugnet.castle) !

  Re: Bulk castle parts?

(...) No, you're not the only one. I'm sure many castle fans want these - to some extent. But personally, I'd rather get bricks first, and accessories later... -Shiri (24 years ago, 15-Jun-00, to lugnet.castle)

Am I the only one that wante Castle Body Armor, Black swords, hores barding, and other mini fig accessories? (24 years ago, 15-Jun-00, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Bulk castle parts?

(...) That's my problem though. They do ship a lot in sets, but they are also some of the easiest pieces to lose, so if you buy incomplete sets (which I do a lot at grage sales and things) it's those pieces that are typically missing and I need them (...)   Re: Bulk castle parts?

(...) Hm. Those I have oodles of-- seems every castle Lego ever shipped has a million of those parts they use as crenelations at the tops of walls. They don't work so good for building with. :) -JDF (24 years ago, 15-Jun-00, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Bulk castle parts?

(...) If anyone finds out whether or not Color Forms stick to Lego, let me know. My mother works for a company that makes the color form material and then sells it to the companies that print on it. Therefore I should be able to get some loose (...) (24 years ago, 15-Jun-00, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Bulk castle parts?

(...) Glad to see I'm not alone. :-) I just remembered someone commenting about me disliking the walls, so I figured I'm in a minority about this. I agree with Richard, though- patterned walls would be nice to see. Or, if that would work, stickers (...) (24 years ago, 15-Jun-00, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Bulk castle parts?

(...) I bought some stuff like this at Sam's Club.. it was for making static window clings, it's not the same stuff :( you can run them through a printer so you could put anything you want on them. though I wasn't able to get it to stick to glass (...) (24 years ago, 15-Jun-00, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Bulk castle parts?

(...) Yeah, I know what you mean there. The 'rock pattern' walls are pretty nice. I wonder...a lot of people don't like stickers because they're so permanent, but does anybody remember Colorforms? They were a sort of thick plastic 'sticker' that you (...) (24 years ago, 15-Jun-00, to lugnet.castle)

Re: Anyone up for a little Castle Wave 2 speculation?

(...) LOL!! I'd love some nice-lookin' sheeps, but I must admit I'd probably prefer Franklin Cain's design of them over any pre-fab sheep that TLC might produce. I've already made some of these, but not many, for lack of 1x1 bricks w/4 side studs... (...) (24 years ago, 15-Jun-00, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Bulk castle parts?

(...) I would buy lots of either black or grey wall pieces because you can then build large structures easier and faster. And then, with any type of building, the larger the building becomes, the smaller the wall piece becomes. Because if you're (...) (24 years ago, 15-Jun-00, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Bulk castle parts?

(...) Besides lots of grey, dark grey, and brown bricks: -arches, 1x3, 1x4, half arches, inverse arches, and a lot of brown arches for trees -arched windows -roof pieces (already ordered some of these) -1x1x2 black shutter-holding bricks -small (...) (24 years ago, 15-Jun-00, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Bulk castle parts?

(...) No arguments here with anyone, but I would make a small plea for printed walls (i.e. tudor, pirate arch brick patterns, dark grey on grey rock patterns, grey on black rock patterns, etc.) -- these are appealing for a variety of reasons having (...)   Re: Anyone up for a little Castle Wave 2 speculation?

(...) Sheep are all well and good, but I'll take mine armored (battering Rams!), and while we're at it, why not some vorpal bunnies with giant FANGS!!!! Nee! Kevin (24 years ago, 15-Jun-00, to lugnet.castle)

Re: Anyone up for a little Castle Wave 2 speculation?

(...) Sheep? Are we talking about fierce-fire breathers, or wizard pals? I'll take my sheep mundane or medium well in my castle sets please. Barnyards and taverns only. Thoughts, Aaron (24 years ago, 15-Jun-00, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Bulk castle parts?

(...) What pisses me off (or would if IO was accually going to order from them...) is that you cant order 1 x 1 and 1 x 2 bricks, which are hard to get in grey AFAIK unless you buy a lot of the grey brick packs to get them. (24 years ago, 15-Jun-00, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Bulk castle parts?

(...) Heck no - I'd rather have bricks than pre-fab too. The only kind of walls I'd really think about ordering would be the quarter-octagon ones (both large and small), because you can't do that well with bricks. If I want a window I'll use an (...) (24 years ago, 15-Jun-00, to lugnet.castle)
