Oh yah I love the 4x4 brown rounds they make great trees although they do
look like a very precise woodpecker has been at them.

One thing one could do to break up the monotony of the holes a bit would be • to put grey Technic pegs into some of the holes. They would then look like the
stubs of dead branches.

Or perhaps put some brown dots (1x1x0.3 rounds) - if you have any, that is

I've never seen a brown dot at all. But 1x1 brown rounds are not uncommon,
found in Rain Dance Ridge and Ninja Surprise (two sets I bought while I was
keeping track!)

-Yeah. I wanted to do something about all the holes in the tree and thought of
brown 1x1 round plates, but like you said, I'm not sure they exist. I might try
the technic pegs idea, though. Thanks! At least you can't see all the way
through the brown wheel pieces. There are a few brown arches in 6024, Bandit
Ambush, which is on sale at the Vault. Eventually, I want to make the tree big
enough so that it extends through several platforms, like the Elves in
Lothlorien from LOTR (which is where I got the idea). Thank you all for your
comments.
-Marc
