The Verneer Chronices - Chapter 1 —Pawel Nazarewicz
I put together the first chapter of the Verneer Chronicles. The first chapter is titled "Of Katherine" and can be read here: (URL) me know if the set-up is good. I did it at home so I didn't have access to my good HTML software. -- pn (URL) - Castle (...) (25 years ago, 31-Jan-00, to lugnet.castle)

Re: The Verneer Chronices - Chapter 1 —Bryan Wong
(...) Oh man that was cool! The pictures showing a blurred-Verneer in action were just awesome! Now let me calm down... I think the setup is reasonable. Although on my 800x600 screen I get a horizontal scroll bar, which people may find annoying. But (...) (25 years ago, 31-Jan-00, to lugnet.castle)

Re: The Verneer Chronices - Chapter 1 —Shiri Dori
(...) Omigosh, that was so great!!! I can't wait for more! Now some constructive comments: Setup is good on my computer but it's an exact fit on my 1000x800 screen, and most people don't use such big screens. I LOVE your forest and the "movement" (...)          Re: The Verneer Chronices - Chapter 1 —Pawel Nazarewicz
(...) Thanks ... I got a hold my Cyberstudio and touched the page up a lil bit (spell check, background, one column - the good stuff;) The forest took some bricks from Naboo Swamps as well as arches from ... I dunno;) The movements was kind of (...) (25 years ago, 31-Jan-00, to lugnet.castle)

Re: The Verneer Chronices - Chapter 1 —Karl Martinson
(...) Wow - keep up the good work. I can't wait for chapter 2. You'll have to tell us all how you made the blurs. They're great! Was Kate's torso custom made? I think it was. Do tell how it was done. Eagerly waiting - <<KM>> (25 years ago, 31-Jan-00, to lugnet.castle)

Re: The Verneer Chronices - Chapter 1 —Pawel Nazarewicz
(...) Thanks. The torso was ALL craigo-lego. I now have one of the figs. I rule! ;) Fits well with Verneer, no? A little shy country girl to slow the boy down. He would need it anyhow;) -- pn (25 years ago, 31-Jan-00, to lugnet.castle)

(...) ;) (...) He (...) Craig - did you just paint the design on to the beige torso? Or are you doing something different, cause that looked just like real TLC stuff. <<KM>> (25 years ago, 31-Jan-00, to lugnet.castle)

Re: The Verneer Chronices - Chapter 1 —Shiri Dori
(...) I think craig (from what I understand) likes to make his designs as TLC-ish as possible, and this torso design is the same as one of the forest/pirate wenches or something - only different colors. It makes it seem VERY realistic and (...) (25 years ago, 31-Jan-00, to lugnet.castle)

Re: The Verneer Chronices - Chapter 1 —Eric Kingsley
(...) Pretty cool story and great pic's. I can't say I am much of a story teller myself but who knows maybe once I try it things will flow together. I still need my female protagonist though so it might be a while before I come up with any sort of (...) (25 years ago, 31-Jan-00, to lugnet.castle)

Cool! When does this take place in relationship to The Downfall of Strombrachter and the eventual attack on the gryphon's nest? (25 years ago, 2-Feb-00, to lugnet.castle)

Re: The Verneer Chronices - Chapter 1 —David Eaton
(...) How very neat! It's nice to see a story developing for Castle World-- Can I assume that Craig's Mephisto is coming in at some point, thanks to the brief reference? BTW, the layout was good for me! I like it better than something like frames or (...) (25 years ago, 2-Feb-00, to lugnet.castle)
