  Re: Château de Vignette

Am I the only one who sees the amazing potential this idea has? Like builders with limited parts will be able to take part in moonbase-type setups...... I just love this concept :-). I think this model just screams 'Vignettes are here to stay'. I (...) (20 years ago, 28-Feb-05, to lugnet.castle, FTX)

  Re: Château de Vignette

(...) Nice work Nelson. I love how modular the castle is. I love how the detail is spread out between the different vignettes but also combined to make a really smart looking castle as well, that must have taken a fair bit of planning. Ben Medinets (20 years ago, 28-Feb-05, to lugnet.castle, FTX)

  Château de Vignette

Presenting a crazy castle made up of nine individual vignettes: (URL) The vignettes connect together using technic pins, similar to Classic-Castle standards and Moonbase MOCs. (...) Hey Nelson, I think all of these are interesting, but I think the Misc/Art one is my favorite. The boxing vignette made me thing of Raging Bull, I wonder if you could make a black and white version. Anyway, great job. -Keith (...)   Re: A spiral staircase

Anthony, great work! It's simple in it's design, not becoming bulky, and it's not too difficult to build (considering you have the right bricks :-). It makes you wonder why Lego it self never came up with this idea. It would be interesting to see (...) (20 years ago, 26-Feb-05, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.general)

  A spiral staircase

While grading the contest entries in the CCC2, I cam across (URL) Lord Mikal's Sweetie Pie Bakery>.   Re: Vikings?
