  New MOC: Aerite Boat

Here's a model I built about a year ago for my Isle of Mist story... but I never got around to using it and now I've moved on from the whole IOM thing. But the model is still interesting, so here I present a party of Aerites and the small landing (...) (22 years ago, 6-Feb-03, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.castle) !

  Re: Next Chapter

Hi Nick, The saga continues. I really like your use of dragon wings for a sail. Also the pikes you have are cool. Did you have to cut the blades off of your pirate sabers for that, or did the blades come from something else? Bruce (22 years ago, 7-Feb-03, to lugnet.castle)

Re: Epic of the Beyhadur: The Calling

Hey, Very nice. My favorite picture is the five warriors killing with rocks and sticks, but pehaps that reveals something about my subconscious that I'd rather not reveal. :) Bruce (22 years ago, 7-Feb-03, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Hi

James, The tower looks very nice. I'm looking forward to seeing the completed castle. If this is just one section, the final thing is going to be massive. Bruce (22 years ago, 7-Feb-03, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: New MOC: Aerite Boat

Tony, This boat is pretty cool, but I've gotta admit that I'm more interested in the Aerites themselves. They look pretty darn cool for a brick-made creature - especially the ones with the feather sticking out the back. How did you do that? Great (...) (22 years ago, 7-Feb-03, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Castle Map

I can't speak for Anthony or Kevin, but my personal world (Yeaen, in which is found the nations of Caerany and Olmany) is fully built with a drawn map. I get the feeling that others may have similiar details to their own worlds. Also there's the (...) (22 years ago, 7-Feb-03, to lugnet.castle)

Re: Epic of the Beyhadur: The Calling

(...) i looked at your epic and..... Totally did not understand it. I do not see what the guy in the black and the king saying "urk" have to do with each other...the font is rather hard to read, and it has alot of reffering to "god." It needs more (...) (22 years ago, 7-Feb-03, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: New MOC: Aerite Boat

(...) Hi, Tony! I like the boat, and the bird people. you are the person who created the samuri story for isle of mist? cool. What are you going to do with sorjin? is he enveloped in the mist or what? Why dont you create another story, like back in (...) (22 years ago, 7-Feb-03, to lugnet.castle)

Re: Epic of the Beyhadur: The Calling

(...) Setare (the king) said 'urk' because he suddenly got sick, in accord with Zahan's prophecy (the guy in black) that God would kill him for his wrong-doing. Setare was being punished by God directly, not by Zahan. And I know certain parts seem (...) (22 years ago, 7-Feb-03, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Provincial Village

Jon Furman, very very v e r y impressive work you've made. I didn't had the change to see it earlier this week. But I have to join all the aubades: it's VERY inspiring work! Hope you will share more of this art with us. Thanks! Daan Bargerbos (...) (22 years ago, 6-Feb-03, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.pirates)

Re: Awesome mill spotted on BrickShelf

Hello Laura! (...) That's a great compliment, thank you very much! However, I really do not see me more creative or skilled than others. (...) Hey, I've seen your Norman Cathedral ages ago and still find it great! So it was you who were ahead of me (...) (22 years ago, 7-Feb-03, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Castle Map

(...) What if, once CastleQuest is established, it served as another Isle of mist type thing? I mean, not that everyone should go there. just so that if you want you can send characters already established or if you fear losing them make up new (...) (22 years ago, 7-Feb-03, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: African American Lego Mini-Figs

  Re: African American Lego Mini-Figs

(...) Ofcourse they should! All these questions and remarks regarding the color of the minifigs show just why the older children (including most of us!) should settle for neutral. You see, small children don't care for (...) (22 years ago, 7-Feb-03, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: New MOC: Aerite Boat

(...) The Wild West sets had two versions of the feather piece. One has a clip, like the Harry Potter one. The other has a handle-sized straight end with a tiny pin on the end to fit into the tiny helmet holes (so a knight could have one sticking (...) (22 years ago, 7-Feb-03, to lugnet.castle)
