Jon, Great work as usual. I enjoyed seeing your vision of the inn. Of course being the LOtR fanatic I am pic #16 was enough to make me happy. ;-) -L (23 years ago, 5-Apr-02, to lugnet.castle)

Re: At The Inn Of The Prancing Pony

Jon, wow! I love it. The building itself blows me away. I love the way you did the stone on the bottom floor, and the 1x4 tiles on the timbering. Great landscaping too. And as Dave said - great bed idea! <yoink as well :-)> Very cool...can't wait to (...) (23 years ago, 5-Apr-02, to lugnet.castle)

Re: At The Inn Of The Prancing Pony

(...) Jon, You've done it again. This is beautiful. I think my favorite detail is the way you made the beds. Using all smaller bricks makes the walls look realistic on minifig scale, as does the mix of grays you use. That tap piece makes a good (...) (23 years ago, 5-Apr-02, to lugnet.castle)

Re: At The Inn Of The Prancing Pony

Thank You Chris, It took some time to get the stone pattern right, but I'm very pleased with it. I got a bunch of very light grey plates from bricklink so I could get three colors of grey in there! Tom Bombadil's is on the checklist of things to do (...) (23 years ago, 6-Apr-02, to lugnet.castle)

Re: At The Inn Of The Prancing Pony

Hey Bruce, Thanks again. I finally decided on a pipe piece after Tamyra suggested the lever idea. That gave a long enough shaft, but it couldn't be gripped by a minifig hand, so I started looking into all my 90 degree angled parts till I found one (...) (23 years ago, 6-Apr-02, to lugnet.castle)

Hello! (...) Thanks for your comment! To be honest: I had no complete story in mind when I took the pictures. I just wanted to put them in a logical order. (...) Hehe! This blue 383-knight (sorry, i've to correct you in this point...) is one of my (...) (23 years ago, 6-Apr-02, to lugnet.castle)

Hello! (...) Thanks for your comment! Hehe, it seems there was a need for new tree designs. (...) Oh, he's not a king. Gero is just a likeable robber baron who couldn't do harm to anybody... Bye Jojo (23 years ago, 6-Apr-02, to lugnet.castle)
