I dunno if it is quite as huge as some of the others castles out there (about 80 by 100 pegs), but I have a pretty big castle that I built over the summer right after Brickfest, and which I intend to improve when I get home over Xmas. I posted a few (...) (23 years ago, 10-Dec-01, to lugnet.castle)

(...) Si. (...) Yes, but here is why I resorted to using black: 1) It's available in the 3033 tubs, which makes it available on Brickbay at a descent price. 2) I can order black slopes from S@H. 3) Black arches are a lot more available than white or (...)      (...) Well, I have made castles, just not real-life ones... I guess that it's just not within my price range to make them in real life. -- Mark Nelson (23 years ago, 11-Dec-01, to lugnet.castle)

Hi, Doyle. I had been wondering the same some time ago. I also wondered if there were still people out there working on a large yellow castle. Being the proud owner of two classic LEGO castles, I have always built yellow castles. The gray parts were (...) (23 years ago, 13-Dec-01, to lugnet.castle)

(...) Hi, Yes please do I want to see your large Yellow castle. I love castle building and its really the only type of building I do with Lego. P.S. I love the rain and fog!    (...) I am going to be starting to work on a (city) hall for my Lego Town. I am using some Castle elements, and a vast amount of bulk bricks..... I want it to "feel" like it belongs in a town, but yet have all the ancient look of a midieval-type (...) (23 years ago, 13-Dec-01, to lugnet.castle)
