Hmm..
Try this:
- Go here:
http://www.ldraw.org/modules.php?op=modload&name=Downloads&file=index&req=viewdownload&cid=1
and download and install the complete Ldraw Parts Library
- Open MLCad
- Run Scan Parts (it's under the File Menu) and when it asks you if you want to
write a new Parts.lst file click Yes
- Open the problem file and see if it still causes a problem.
