Problems with Ldraw related sites

Hello all,
Somehow I can't get into www.ldraw.org anymore. when I try I recieve an error
message like:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /contact.html on this server.
When I use the link from the lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw newsgroup page, I can
only access the first page, but get a similar refusal when trying to open one
of the other pages.
I'm having the same problem with the LDraw Parts Tracker.
Sometimes only the "Tracked Parts" page works, although only the text
part of the page comes up. I don't get the seegreen background I've been used
to see there anymore.
When I click on the link "Update a Part", I get the following error message:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /~zbenz/cgi-bin/updateStep1.cgi on this
server.
Can someone tell me what migth be wrong ? I haven't got a clue.

| Manfred: (...) [...] It is my fault. I tried to optimise the web server, and forgot to check if everything worked after the change. It should have been fixed now.
