This page definitely needs to be updated, if only to add text saying that
planarcheck should be used instead for checking non-coplanar quads. I didn't
see the lugnet post when that standard changed, and it's hard or impossible to
find the new rules from the parts tracker. The l3p page should also have a link
somewhere to that file format restrictions page you mentioned.

| Hi folks, it appears that thanks to the hard work of the LSC the LDraw specs have undergone considerably changes. Just to mention one the Colinear Tolerance for Concave Quads: (URL) the changes in the LDraw.org File Format Restrictions for Official (...) (15 years ago, 29-Jun-09, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)
