hi lars,
as you may have already noticed the terms have been extended considerably in the
final draft of the LSC:

currently under ratification:

infact nominees now have time to accept or decline nomination until the 20th of
July. also the election itself has been extended to July 25.
BTW, I suppose the outgoing LSC will post its annual report until August 15,
though it had already been posted:
(Quote from the current LSC proposal)
"Annual Summary
The members of the LSC will be responsible for publishing an annual summary to
the community following elections for the next year’s term. This document must
be published several weeks before elections, on the first of July of that year.
This summary shall outline the progress of the previous term, note all versions
of the spec ratified during the term, and summarize the future goals and ideas
of the current LSC members."
