  mirror site for downloading?...

Hi! Now that I've gotten a 20GB hard drive installed in my PC, I'm reloading all the various LCAD programs onto the new drive. But I have a problem. I *STILL* cannot access www.ldraw.org, so I cannot get the basic LEdit/LDraw stuff. So, I'm (...) (24 years ago, 22-Sep-00, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

Re: Posting notices about ldraw.org (and other website) inaccessability

(...) It wouldn't work. People reporting anything inaccessable about ldraw.org would crosspost to .cad.dev.org.ldraw. And issues about the ldraw.org website are what the group is for anyway. --Todd (24 years ago, 19-Sep-00, to lugnet.admin.general, lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

Hey Tim, I have a better idea. Why not start a group, e.g. lugnet.webpage It could have subgroups of .updates .inaccessable I would be worth a try and I am tired of cheking this group and all it having is post about inaccessablilty.   Re: parts available?

(...) hiya! (...) I'm not sure if you mean you want to create the LEGO sets in MLCAD, or you're using pieces from those sets for your own creations. If it's the former, there's already a version of the 8448 posted to lugnet.cad.dat.models. Steve (24 years ago, 15-Sep-00, to lugnet.cad.mlcad, lugnet.cad, lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

all of the parts are available for the 8448 except for the wheels, I dont know about the other 2 sets, I think that all of the parts for the 8445 are available but I think there are some missing for the 8444.   Posting notices about ldraw.org (and other website) inaccessability

It seems to me that every so often someone posts about not being able to get to www.ldraw.org. I'm concerned with some problems that users of the site may have getting to it - its definitely frustrating every time a site goes down. One thing I'd (...)
