| | Re: Making the DAT links work in safari.
|
| (...) OK, I'll update it. (Actually I already updated it to have both types in the array, but there's no point if x-application/ldraw never gets used.) Note that the Cocoa LDView hasn't been released yet. The one you're looking at is the QT LDView (...) (16 years ago, 15-May-08, to lugnet.cad.dev.mac)

| (...) ever used is application/x-ldraw. I'm pretty sure it works for mpd files as well as ordinary dat files, but maybe the file has to have a .dat extension? (...) I'll have to look into "Get Info". Being new to the Mac, I don't know what it means. (...) (16 years ago, 15-May-08, to lugnet.cad.dev.mac)

Under the "Open With:" section of the little window that appears, choose an application to open the selected file when double-clicked. Click "Change (...) | | Program naming conventions?
|
| I am wrapping up a little utility to pretty-print LDraw code (as a supplement to some things LDDP can do and as a stand-alone tool for other platforms). My working name for it is LDTrim, but I am curious if anyone has better suggestions. In (...) (16 years ago, 6-May-08, to lugnet.cad.dev)

| | 3ds Max Import Script
|
| I've been working on a script to import ldraw data into 3ds max with some moderate success. I've been able to build primitive data and apply color/texture to the objects. I did find an issue between max 9 and 10 this morning which has me cursing (...) (16 years ago, 3-May-08, to lugnet.cad.dev)

| Thanks Steve! That's really useful! I too thought that ldraw site would have the directory structure more documented then it is, but clarification is always nice. Cheers Shane (16 years ago, 3-May-08, to lugnet.cad.dev, FTX)

| (...) Hi Guys, thanks for the feedback, what I've done is basically take both suggestions and merge them. Basically what I've observed so far is that not all parts in the "Parts" folder have the LDRAWORG meta tag (which denotes the type of file, (...) (16 years ago, 4-May-08, to lugnet.cad.dev, FTX)

The idea would be to push out a new version of the script that renders the timeline to (...) (16 years ago, 30-Apr-08, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw, FTX)
