I've marked up all I can see that needs to be tweaked up to this point. If
anyone wants to have a look at what I have, please email me or post here,
and I'll mail it to you.
I don't want to post yet another revision, just to revise it again, if I can
avoid that. Not trying to bog everyone down with a lot of reading :-) For
the most part everyone here agrees the proposal is a good thing, nitpicks
and concerns have been addressed, so I think we can come one step closer to
finalizing it - rev 0.99. Let me know your thoughts.
Thanks to everyone who has participated in this thread, helping to shape the
proposal! Also, thanks especially to those four who helped me write the
early drafts, I could not have done this without your support and expertise.
It's your document, not mine :-) I just put the pieces together...
