Where "part" relates to geometry, ignoring pattern.

It would still be nice to have 3070, 3069, and 3068 moved to 3070a, 3069a, and
3068a, respectively. . .that's been done with every other part variation (where
varients have been LDrawn) and might help cut down the widespread confusion
over these parts, which have not been produced for over 25 years
(unfortunately).
