octagonal "canopy" type pieces

I think canopy pieces should probably stay in the Windscreen group.

I can see putting the Space Nose and Space Cabin Base pieces in a Cockpit
group.  There's not really any other place to stick them, AFAIK.  Well, the
Space Cabin Base could go in the Bracket group.  And it has some vague
similarities to the car chassis pieces.

2408  - Panel 10 x 6 x 11
2409  - Panel 10 x 10 x 12 Corner
2598  - Windscreen 10 x 10 x 4 Octagonal Canopy
2418b - Windscreen 6 x 6 Octagonal Canopy with Axlehole
2418a - Windscreen 6 x 6 Octagonal Canopy without Axlehole

I could see moving those pieces to an "Octagonal Domes" group.  Otherwise,
they're probably well-placed for now.

30062  - Plate 6 x 6 Octagonal Open Center
6063  - Plate 10 x 10 Octagonal Open Center

Maybe.  I personally sort these into the Wings group, but I don't expect
anyone else would understand that choice.

2443  - Hinge Window Frame 1 x 4 x 3 with Octagonal Panel

Don't even get me started on this piece.

Parts not to be included (not moved);

Mostly agree, except maybe:

any 'boat' parts
any wedge parts.

Actually, some of those boat bases and wedge bits make fine canopy base
parts.  And the classic Space Cabin Nose Base fits the wedge pieces quite
well.  So there is some synergy there.  Not that I feel strong enough to feel
that those pieces should actually be moved to Cockpit.
