Yes, it has been discussed before (http://www.lugnet.com/cad/dev/?n=532).
I like the fact that all you need is l3p.exe, i.e. no other files.
However, I will reconsider a primitive substitution file when LGEO gets
supported. I would guess primitives and parts can be treated equally.
Lutz Uhlmann hasn't answered my mails since August, but I'll try again.
