No. A part catches your fancy, you work on it. You get bored or frustrated,
you drop it. Maybe you pick it up later, maybe you don't.

That particular person is one of the most prolific part authors, in addition
to being the developer of one of the most important LCAD utilities. He is
also more than willing to surrender a part or to collaborate.

Jonathan, your outbursts like this a probably very counterproductive. You are
complaining about people who spend countless hours making contributions which
mostly benefit others. The only likely outcome of your nagging is that
authors will be less inclined to put in the time and effort to make quality
parts.
