Due to the hard work of the team members, we hope to have the Model of the Month (MOTM) and Scene of the Month (SOTM) contests up and running by next month. Here is the solution (IMO) to the sorting thing for the PT and to the problem of files sitting there for ages. All files marked "hold" or "needs admin review" or "certified" (i.e. "you cant do anything with this file right now") go to the bottom of (...) (21 years ago, 4-Nov-03, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

(...) My guess: If someone votes "will review" it's like it's on their to-do list because they think they're a good candidate. Going back a ways for this one... (...) I considered going a similar route when I constructed the PT: offer reviewers a list of checkpoints that they should consider when posting a review.
