As Joe pointed out, this is only ~5 months away and not as long as the
time since the one before.
Also, I believe the current blocker is the contributors agreement.

The delay is related to the Contributor Agreement, insofar as I want to split the library between CA-authored (and thus redistributable) parts and non-CA-authored parts, before issuing the next update. Another recent attempt to locate past (...) (18 years ago, 5-Jun-06, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)
