The delay is related to the Contributor Agreement, insofar as I want to split
the library between CA-authored (and thus redistributable) parts and
non-CA-authored parts, before issuing the next update.
Another recent attempt to locate past authors
(http://news.lugnet.com/announce/?n=3238) has been fruitful and the split should
now be less troublesome.
I'm hoping to make substantial progress before the end of this month.
