Right. I my self am putting in some effort to contact Dutch authors right now
and have located a few with the help of some Dutch LEGO forum readers!

The delay is related to the Contributor Agreement, insofar as I want to split the library between CA-authored (and thus redistributable) parts and non-CA-authored parts, before issuing the next update.
