sure that you put it in your ldrawparts\s folder? or maybe you have several
ldraw folders and somehow LeoCAD don’t get the subpart from the right folder?

Here’s the weird thing. I had the subpart in both the main ldrawparts\s folder
and also the unofficial folder. But I only had the main file in the official
folder. Once I put it in the unofficial folder it magically began working. :)
I have a feeling some (many?) of my files are in need of updating, but I’m
always nervous about making things worse by trying to make them better.
