Hmmm... It's pretty difficult to guess without some kind of visual. The
way you describe it does sound quite familiar ... You're probably right; it
goes on a minifig wrecker. Post again when you have a scan or something.

The material seems to be the same quality of Lego and the color matches the Lego (...) (22 years ago, 25-Jul-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)
