Minifig Torso Johnny Thunder (needs part number) —George Barnes
Here is my first attempt at creating a minifig torso. I created it using QUAD2DAT ((URL) I'm not sure which number to assign to it. Looking for any praise or critism. LMKWYT Thanks George You've got to check out this program it makes life much (...) (22 years ago, 9-Jun-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Hey... looks sweet, There is a hole above the left pocket and a very slim slit at the uppermost red scarf. Back is missing too and you should correct the file header. But all very small and easy things to do. How much time did you need for that? (...) (22 years ago, 9-Jun-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

(...) It still has the gap in the pattern's "neck" (i.e., Johnny's open shirt collar). Franklin (22 years ago, 10-Jun-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: Minifig Torso Johnny Thunder (needs part number) —George Barnes
I'm not sure what you are referring to. Is the gap an actual hole in the front panel? or is it the collar and neck are about a unit from the top of the shirt (it was like this on the actual minifig)? placement of the neck mark? I noticed that ldview (...) (22 years ago, 10-Jun-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: Minifig Torso Johnny Thunder (needs part number) —Orion Pobursky
(...) George, It sounds like you are experiencing the same problem I was. You have a qaud that has colinear points. For some reason L3Lab, the program Franklin uses, doesn't like quads with colinear vertices and doesn't display them. This problem (...) (22 years ago, 10-Jun-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

      I did a little leg work for you. Find this line in your file: 4 14 2 2.25 -10 -1 2.5 -10 -6 1.25 -10 5 2 -10 delete it and add this: 3 14 2 2.25 -10 -1 2.5 -10 -6 1.25 -10 3 14 -1 2.5 -10 -6 1.25 -10 5 2 -10 This splits the problem quad into 2 (...)           Re: Minifig Torso Johnny Thunder (needs part number) —George Barnes
Thanks Orion. Here is the new and improved file. I'll have to get l3lab and take a look. Thanks again. I e-mailed Steve about getting an ID to submit parts. As soon as this happens I'll add it to the tracker (unless someone else wants to in the mean (...) (22 years ago, 10-Jun-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: Minifig Torso Johnny Thunder (needs part number) —Franklin W. Cain
(...) I'd suggest "973pa3.dat", since it's the third of the minifig torso patterns to be encoded from the "Adventurers" theme.
