discovered some errors ( I have now found out what "check it with l3p" means) there's still a little anoying bug. (...) The x-yEDGE.DAT files use color 24 internally to draw the edge-lines. If you reference these files with color 24, they will draw the edges with the edge-color for the edge-color of your part. I took a brief look at the part and I'd say it looks great! Of course, I cannot verify that the dimensions of the bucket are correct, but it certainly looks good.
