Version 3 follows. All parts need to be replaced. I fixed the cracks. I removed trailing zeros. I changed the precision to 4 decimals. I inset the teeth a tiny little bit to hide the convex backside. I removed two extra faces that were just adding a (...) (19 years ago, 2-Dec-05, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Sorry I missed this in my first reply, but I just noticed. There's a minor modeling glitch that's resulting in extra polygons on one side (but not the other). I have a few comments to make about the part in general, and since I wanted to highlight some lines in this particular sub-part, I'm entering my whole reply here. Lines 46-55 in this file are listed as triangles, but all have two identical vertices, (...) (19 years ago, 2-Dec-05, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts, FTX)

(...) No, it's not an issue. Within a reasonable amount of error, of course. If subfiles are positioned orthoganally to each other, there should be no alignment errors. With this part, that's not possible. You can reduce the size of the calculation (...) (19 years ago, 2-Dec-05, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)
