  Sticker Shield 'Box'  [DAT]

Ok, new subpart for shield stickers. Part # 3238 is from the sticker sheet for set 375 (Fort with Knights), the only set I know of that uses stickers for the shield patterns. Of course, if I'm wrong, feel free to educate me. --- "Ohhh, shiney!" Mark (...) (21 years ago, 25-Nov-03, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Re: patterned shield parts?

(...) My copy of this sticker sheet has 3238 in the lower right. (URL) (21 years ago, 25-Nov-03, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts, FTX)

  Re: patterned shield parts?

(...) As these were issued as stickers, we would like them modelled as such, rather than patterned parts. We do have an acceptable strategy for stickers. If you know the sticker sheet part number (unlikely, I know) then please use that with an a, b, (...) (21 years ago, 25-Nov-03, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts, FTX)

30363ps2.dat - Slope Brick 4 x 2 with Imp. Shuttle Cockpit Pattern  [DAT]

  Re: patterned shield parts?

(...) I referenced that earlier, hence I went with 3846p4x (castle series). Set 375 did use stickers for the shields & vests, but when I tried to set these up as stickers, the end result is they either "float" off the surface or disappear into the (...)   Re: patterned shield parts?

(...) Yeah, the shields/vests/flag elements from set 375 are stickers - but I'm not sure how to handle sticker elements in LDRAW/MLCAD, so for my purposes I treat them like permanent patterns. Of course, if anyone knows better they should feel free (...) (21 years ago, 24-Nov-03, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Re: patterned shield parts?

(...) Here is a list at PT-Tools: (URL) are no pre-reserved numbers. BTW, the shields you made looks good. But I don't own one of these. Maybe I'm wrong, but does these old shields made with stickers? CU Bernd (21 years ago, 24-Nov-03, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Re: patterned shield parts?

(...) We try to keep the pattern codes in the same series - see (URL) If you need a new code, just mail me or Steve and we'll reserve one. But in this case aren't the patterns actually stickers? The latest word on this is in (URL) although there (...) (21 years ago, 24-Nov-03, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts, FTX)

  patterned shield parts?

1) is there a list of pre-reserved part numbers for shields with patterns (similar to the list of pre-reserved part numbers for patterened torsos)? 2) is anyone else working on the shield (& matching vest) patterns from set 375 Fort with Knights (...)   Re: work in progress - 33009.dat, minifig book

(...) I've seen many unprinted books at a fill-a-1-liter-back-for-5-euro in a Toys'r'us in the Netherlands in many colors. I only grabbed a brown one and a red one, so I can confirm unprinted books do exist. Niels (21 years ago, 21-Nov-03, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: work in progress - 33009.dat, minifig book

(...) The picture on Peeron shows a blank version, from a Scala set. This was originally a Scala part, so "Scala" should also be a keyword. (21 years ago, 21-Nov-03, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

work in progress - 33009.dat, minifig book

Just to let you all know, I've started encoding another minifig accessory: the (hollow) book. I've already gotten the first subpart (the Spine) 90% complete.
