So he put a set in the one join of the 2-8sphe.dat, 4 sets in the 4-8sphe.dat, and 12 sets in the 8-8sphe.dat. So instead of just being type (...) I thought the idea was that ALL these primitives would have type 5 lines at the edges, but they would be extended in the tangent plane and thus only do half the job, (...) (...) I have two comments. The first is that while I prefer my sphere tesselation to the standard one (and presumably you do also :-), a number of people prefer the standard one. (...) Glad you like it. What's really fun is viewing a full sphere with the type 5 lines enabled, and then spinning it slowly. I had to do that a lot in order to verify that the lines were drawing correctly in LDView. Hopefully I'll have a release (...) (22 years ago, 7-May-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts.primitives)
