That looks like a set of fabuland "saddle bags" to me, IMHO. They were used with some of the motorscooter/motorbike things (24 years ago, 1-May-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Found this on a flee market. Its colour is some light brown. I think I have seen that colour on some Fabuland part, but I'm not sure. Also, I can't find the colour code in the LDraw FAQ.
