And this is the very first model I owned at the age of 4. I remember the rounded corners as the most difficult parts. The model resembles the Citroen Traction Avant the most. I have now finished all I can on 8448. The wheels haven't been modeled yet and some of the decorated pieces aren't there, so it is still unfinished. Does anybody know if the fireman helmet is already modeled ? Does the minfig torso with fireman pattern design exists? Are the cardoors with firebrigade pattern available? Hi, here's my first model in MLCad which took me 4 hours to complete from installing the software. I've been a Lego fan since I was little but only recently started collecting again (now I'm 28!) and my girlfriend has even bought me the RIS and (...) I am currently working on the V8 Supercar MkII in LDraw. I have finished it all except box # 8 - the Convertible module. That should be finished within the next week or so. Here is the adapted file. It looks better to me, but now my son complains that he doesn't have this brick to build this model. In this set there is a 1 x 1 plate stuck verticaly in the space between 4 studs! Great model. Looks good for the OMR when the planet logo parts are made official. I assume you are going to put it up for the ldraw.org official model repository. It was 20 years ago today... I recieved this set on newyearsday 1968 or 1969. It was one of my first legosets. I ' ve played with it until the bricks litteraly fell apart (after long use they don't stick together anymore). I hadn't seen this legoset (...) Yes I did think of that but the model is made up of parts which move through the build. I tried using "0 CLEAR" but L3P rendered the lot. Having read the lugnet.cad.dat.models description "Original models in LDraw DAT format, plus any follow-up (...) (25 years ago, 12-Feb-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.models.sets)
