  another robotic rover  [DAT]

This is my latest version of a rover with differential transmission. In the accuracy department, I'd have to say it's my most favorite, but it leaves a lot to be desired in the way of speed - the worm gears slow it down a lot. In the course of (...) (...) Hey, thanks for the vote of confidence! I wasn't sure I wasn't "trespassing" or anything by uploading my robot design here. That's good news. I look forward to seeing your robotic arm design. Ian (25 years ago, 23-Aug-99, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

Yet another rover w/ transmission  [DAT]

  differential transmission  [DAT]

Here is a rendering of a "differential transmission" rotation decoder apparatus that I've come up with. It's the most compact design that I've come up with so far.   Minifig-scale standing Droideka (SW:TPM Destroyer Droid)  [DAT]

Hey all, I was pretty psyched to get a Kenner Droideka action figure, but then I got pretty pissed when it never materialized. So, I made up my own.   robotic rovers  [DAT]

That's a pretty cool model!! :) It is in the same color scheme of my space stuff that I'm working on, so I guess that's one reason I like it. Ryan "A lot of kids nowadays don't care if they die.
