Hey all,

I was pretty psyched to get a Kenner Droideka action figure, but then I got
pretty pissed when it never materialized.  So, I made up my own.  It's fully
transformable from wheel to robot and back without having to remove any parts.

The legs really should be the pirate sword piece, but the minifig knife seems
to work really well.  I was also pleased to notice that this model uses none of
the new Star Wars parts.  Please, please, please let me know what you think
about this model.

This is the standing model.

Cheers,
- jsproat

(...) Update! I never liked the design of the head; it was too dang wide. Plus, the three "eye probe thingers" didn't look right, and its pose sometimes made it difficult to distinguish it from a piece of Star Trek furniture. This new one has a (...) Jeremy, I hope you don't mind but I used your Droideka design on one of my MOCs. I've put your name in the desciption text file to go with it so at least people will realise it's not all my own work :) The image is at (URL) also uploaded TIE (...)
