Here is a rendering of a "differential transmission" rotation decoder apparatus
that I've come up with. It's the most compact design that I've come up with so
far. The missing part "2977.dat" refers to my rotation sensor mockup that I
made out of a few blue bricks and an axle hole, nothing particularly unique.
The two sensors mount on the three axles coming out the top, with the middle
axle used for stability.
