Since many people asked me if there were instructions available for my Actros (the real truck is green, but LDraw's green doesn't look that nice :) ): (2 URLs) (Click on the picture to download the zipped ldraw files.) Great model. (...) It's worth mentioning that when I loaded it using the LDView 3 beta, it only used 83 megs. (Although, to be fair, there were some parts missing even after I downloaded and installed the unofficial parts zip.) Also, I'm pretty sure (...) (19 years ago, 20-Feb-05, to lugnet.technic, FTX)

(...) Robert, I have downloaded the zip file, and loaded all models AOK in ML Cad. I have begun (about 10hrs ago) a publication with LPub just to see if it does work (I have 2GB RAM + 4GB Swap). Hopefully it does, currently the POV is working on the (...) (19 years ago, 22-Feb-05, to lugnet.technic, FTX)

The rendering of the instructions images completed at midday today, ie. about 30hrs after commencing, approx 1,300 images, 2.5GB worth. There is one problem which I have found so far, and that is the "Cow catcher" the flexible pipes have not (...) (19 years ago, 23-Feb-05, to lugnet.technic)

Robert- I am having a bit of difficulty setting up the instruction images. I downloaded the MLCAD design, as well as the unofficial parts list, but when I try to convert it to LPUB a dialogue box appears saying "unofficial parts listed does not (...) (19 years ago, 24-Feb-05, to lugnet.technic, FTX)

(...) The pneumatic tubes failed on mine here. It looks like they needed to be run through lsynth first. ps, my render of the final model is here: (URL) took 15 minutes in a 2.8Ghz lappy and used ~1.3GB of ram while parsing it :) Its a very (...) (19 years ago, 25-Feb-05, to lugnet.technic)
