Thanks for the nice comments, guys.
I was thinking maybe somewhere in between the grocery store and the
courthouse would be nice, so that it's facing the courthouse and at the
southeastern-most corner of the empty lot. This way the gateway of my
building exits onto the road that runs in front of the courthouse. If
that's not possible, then don't worry about it.
I have to add the disclaimer that I'd intended this building to be a part of
my own version of Datsville. But, progress has been real slow. Maybe in
the summer I'll have more time to figure out what I'm thinking.
A wall and guard house might go in later, but they won't fit in Datsville.
Who am I to guard against? Yeah, I'm real paranoid that John VanZwieten is
going to come over and steal my goodies - my electronics and synthesizers.
Yeah, that's going to be a part of my story. I'm going to say that John
VanZwieten came over to my house, broke in, and stole my expensive new Korg
or Nord (Lead or Lied?) synthesizer, the likelyhood of my building a wall to
protect myself from John's criminal behavior and atypical types of advances
is so small that, due to the lack and cheap nature of interest on the part
of government, I forsee that it will not likely be what I hope it would turn
out to be, because it goes against city ordinance.
