  Re: Mechanoid model

(...) That beats out my first. My first LDraw creation was an Autobot I made when I was about 11. Although I don't have a decal to complement him, My Fortress Maximus model stands at about 11-14 bricks tall. Since I built the thing, now I have a big (...)   Re: Comments on models

(...) I've got a rendered image of my model at www.geocities.com/Ar...4/lego.htm Also try going to www.ldraw.org where you'll find lots of rendered images Good Luck! Mike (25 years ago, 14-Dec-99, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

  Re: Comments on models

I'm not a CAD modeller. Are these models rendered somewhere for the casual observer to see? A revised version of this post with links to a rendered image of each model would be most, *most* appreciated =) ... if that's not too much trouble. Or (...)   Re: Comments on models

(...) LMK means Let Me Know. MKM16 is just shorthand for Microfig Kreigmacht #16. (This is why I don't work in marketing! :-) Thanks! This one is my favorite too. It looks ugly enough -- like a dump truck is ugly -- to be real. Cheers, - jsproat (25 years ago, 14-Dec-99, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

  Re: Webpage

Please reserve the lugnet.cad.dat.* groups for posts with .dat file content (see group charters). I know it's tempting to put a post about a model in a group that has ".model" in the name, or to put questions about parts in a group that has ".parts" (...)   Re: Minifig Scale AT-ST

Ack! I guess I posted the "non-steps" version. So reverse what I said in my original post :) As for the scale, you're right. The actual AT-ST should stand 8.6 meters high, which is still pretty large. This model is just over 10 meters in height, so (...) (25 years ago, 14-Dec-99, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

It is finally done! The only set in the history of TLG to include more than one raised baseplate. This one took me forever to do, not counting the time taken to make/fix mock-ups for the bubble dome base, large door and frame and crane grab pieces. (...) I put this here, becaurse I wasent able to reply to your E-mail-adress. To: Jonathan Wilson <TBurger666@aol.com> Don't worry. I will only use it as an inspiration. If I ever get started on the idea about Mad Max. I will try to make them look like (...) (25 years ago, 14-Dec-99, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)
