Given their small size, they will pretty much always look the same when used
on a standing minifig (assuming there are no obstructions). They could
presumably just be modeled like any other part in the shape they form when
worn. You would of course want to change the material properties when
rendering in POV Ray in order to make them look more like cloth and less
like plastic.
Note that I haven't ever authored any parts, and I have virtually no
knowledge of using POV Ray, but there's no reasong it couldn't be done.

| Hello Folks, I'm doing a comic style lego book with pov-ray and need a cloth cape. So my question is: Has anyone figured out a way to do the cloth capes in Ldraw or POV?? Thanks In Advanced! Gary (22 years ago, 26-May-02, to lugnet.cad.ray, lugnet.cad)
